THE BLOOD COVENANT by Pastor Don Rogers

Galatians 3:13-14, 29
Our confidence to approach God’s throne in prayer over our finances is based on the blood covenant of Jesus Christ: not because we are good people and we mean well, nor because we have financial difficulties and we have needs!

God facilitates His purpose and will based on covenants that He makes with the human race, but most importantly His blood covenant with Israel, the bride of Jesus Christ (Read Galatians 3:13-14, 29). So, when we pray in Jesus’ name we are directly tied to the circumcision blood covenant of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob through the blood of Jesus Christ at Calvary. This makes you and me a very distinct voice of people praying in the earth.

We are the blood covenant people of distinct values, and culture and identity when facing our enemies. This is important when we pray because the Bible says, because of the blood covenant of Jesus tied into Abraham, we have the right to experience through prayer:

To activate boldness when approaching God's throne, because of the blood covenant.
We are justified by the blood against satanic accusations.
Faith and worship in the blood covenant releases forgiveness for us.
It releases the mercies of God for us that we don't deserve.
This blood covenant reminds Satan of the power and authority we have for God's protection when we pray in faith.
This blood covenant releases healing and good health upon God's people. He wants you to command the Abrahamic blood covenant as His seed in the earth.
The blood covenant releases our inheritance and our identity for our finances in the earth. This must be the focus of our faith when speaking the command blessings of God. It's done by the activation of the blood covenant of Jesus Christ through us in prayer and faith.

So why don’t we speak the blood covenant seed of Abraham’s promises for our finances right now? (Deuteronomy 8:18; Psalm 35:27, 41:11, 66:12, 118:25; Joshua 1:9)
