Scripture Song of the Week 7-26-2020

Scripture of the Week:
Isaiah 53:5-8, King James Version

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.

He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.

Song Lyrics of the Week:
O Magnify The Lord (Blessed Be The Rock Of My Salvation)

O magnify the Lord
For He is worthy to be praised
Hosanna blessed be the rock
Blessed be the rock of my salvation

My God my God my God
How excellent is your name
Glory and honour t o you we give
You are worthy of all our praise

All power, All Knowledge, All Wisdom
I find in you
My Saviour
Lord and King

How excellent is Your Name
My God My God My God
Holy Holy and Divine
Thou who is Praised all over the earth fill my heart with Praised
How excellent is your name
